The short version: Top Fashion Show does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. It works entirely offline on your device. There are no accounts, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party services.

1. Who we are

Top Fashion Show ("the app", "we", "us") is developed and published by Matthew Drayton ("the developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

2. What information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. Top Fashion Show does not ask for, require, or gather any of the following:

Name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information
Account credentials or login information (the app has no accounts)
Location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics
Photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or any other device permissions
Payment or financial information (the app is free and contains no in-app purchases)

3. Information stored on your device

The app stores your in-progress game state (your chosen character, current outfit, and current round score) locally on your device so that play can continue between screens. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or any third party, and is removed when you uninstall the app.

4. Network and internet use

Top Fashion Show does not require an internet connection to function. The app does not make any network requests to our servers or any third-party servers during normal gameplay. All game logic, artwork, audio, and scoring happens locally on your device.

5. Third-party services

Top Fashion Show does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, authentication, crash reporting, or data processing services. The app is built with standard open-source libraries (React Native, Expo, and similar) that run entirely on-device and contact no external services.

6. Children's privacy

Top Fashion Show is designed to be suitable for all ages, including children. Because the app collects no personal information of any kind, it complies by design with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in respect of children's data. Parents and guardians can be assured that no data about their child is collected, stored, or shared.

7. Advertising

Top Fashion Show contains no advertising of any kind. We do not display ads, serve sponsored content, or share any information with ad networks.

8. In-app purchases

Top Fashion Show contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. All features, outfits, themes, characters, and the VIP round are included free.

9. Your rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA

Because we do not collect or process any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, delete, or transfer. You have the right to request this information at any time; any such request will confirm that we hold no data about you.

10. Security

As no data is collected or transmitted, there is no user data that could be exposed in the event of a data breach on our side. Data stored locally on your device (your game progress) is protected by the standard security mechanisms of your device's operating system.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Because the app collects no data, any changes are expected to be minimal clarifications only.
