Who we are

LuminaryAI ("we", "us", "our") is an agentic AI consultancy based in South London, United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we collect through luminaryai.co.uk, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. If you have any questions, email mattdray@luminaryai.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect the information we need to respond to you and to run this website:

Enquiry details you send us through the "Book a discovery call" form or by email: typically your name, email address, phone number, company and a description of what you are looking at.
Technical data collected by our hosting platform, Wix, when you visit the site: such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. This is gathered through server logs and essential cookies.

We do not run advertising, sell data, or build marketing lists from site visitors.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
To scope, deliver and administer any work we go on to do together.
To keep the website secure, understand how it is used and fix problems.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Our legal basis

Under the UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running a business website, on the performance of a contract where we go on to work together, and on your consent where that is required (for example for non-essential cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

Your data is processed by Wix, which hosts this website and handles form submissions, and by our email provider. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.

This site uses the essential cookies Wix needs to serve pages securely and remember your preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, although some features may be limited.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact so we can pick the conversation back up. If we work together, records are kept for the length of the engagement and for six years afterwards to meet accounting and legal requirements. Server logs held by Wix are retained according to Wix’s own retention schedule.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email mattdray@luminaryai.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Our apps

Each of the iOS apps we publish on the App Store has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store listing and available on this site. Those policies describe what each app does on your device; this page covers the website only.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top.
