KTARIAN — PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy describes the privacy practices of Ktarian, a
single-player puzzle game developed and published by Matthew Drayton
("we", "us"), and distributed on the Apple App Store under the bundle
identifier com.drayton.Ktarian.
The short version: Ktarian collects no personal information about you,
sends nothing about you to anyone, and contains no advertising,
analytics, or tracking of any kind. Everything below is the long
version of that statement.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect no personal information from you. We do not ask for your
name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos,
microphone, camera, or any other identifying or device-level
information. There is no account system and no sign-in flow inside the
app.
2. DATA WE SEND OFF YOUR DEVICE
None. The app makes no network requests of any kind. It contacts no
servers operated by us or by any third party. It does not transmit
your gameplay, settings, preferences, device identifiers, IP address,
crash logs, or any other information across the internet.
3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The app saves a small JSON file at
Application Support/ktarian_save.json inside its private sandbox on
your device. That file contains:
- Your unlocked-level number, best level completion times, and total
in-app play time
- Your current settings (joystick sensitivity, master volume, haptics
on/off)
- A profile-creation timestamp
- The IDs of any in-game "Memory" stills you have unlocked
This file lives only on your device. It is not transmitted anywhere.
You can erase it at any time by tapping CONFIGURATION → RESET PROGRESS
inside the app, or by uninstalling the app.
4. ANALYTICS AND THIRD-PARTY SDKS
We use no analytics services, advertising networks, attribution
services, crash reporting services, or third-party SDKs of any kind.
The app is built using only Apple's standard first-party frameworks
(SwiftUI, UIKit, SceneKit, AVFoundation, Core Haptics, Foundation).
5. ADVERTISING AND IN-APP PURCHASES
The app contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. We do not
participate in any ad network, mediation platform, or attribution
system.
6. PERMISSIONS
The app requests no system permissions at runtime. You will not see
any "would like to access…" prompts.
7. CHILDREN
The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect
no information at all, we collect none from children. This policy
complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
(COPPA), the U.K. Age-Appropriate Design Code, and the EU GDPR's
Article 8 by virtue of collecting nothing.
8. APPLE APP STORE
When you download or update Ktarian through the App Store, Apple may
collect information about that transaction in line with Apple's own
privacy practices. We do not control or have access to that

9. YOUR RIGHTS
Because we hold no information about you, there is nothing for you to
request, correct, export, or delete from us. To erase the local save
file on your device, use the in-app RESET PROGRESS button or remove
the app.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we ever update this policy — for example because a future version
of the app adds a feature that requires it — we will post the revised
policy at the same URL and update the "Last updated" date at the top.
Material changes will also be summarised in the App Store update
notes for that version.
